Welcome to our community forum to help us map out our 6 month 8 month 10 month life-long road trip around North America! We hope all of our friends and family will suggest places for us to go. Y’all know us and our crazy shenanigans and we hope to make this one the craziest yet! So, suggest a great hike, museum, hole-in-the-wall bar, an eccentric artist we should meet, a great roadside attraction, or anything else that makes you think of us or good times. And be sure to check out our current and upcoming locations on our “Where are we?” map and let us know if we’re closing in on any not-to-be missed spots.
Add a suggestion by entering your comment in the “Leave a reply†section at the bottom of this page. You can see places suggested during the planning phases of the trip on our old google map.
We can’t wait to hear from all of you!

Hey you 2 should count how many cans of beans you go through throughout the trip… that would be a fun stat. Maybe even have a bean ticker on the site.
this is lindsay from the asheville art museum. i forgot to mention that the museum is free after 3pm tomorrow, april 1st. i didn’t think about it till after you left…
Too bad… had to leave Asheville today at noon to drive my brother to the Charlotte airport. We’ll be back, though. Asheville is super cool!
Grandpa’s 80th Birthday in Bolivar, New York on July 12th.
ooh i forgot: Bob’s Dairy Land in Roan Mountain, just west on 19E from the turn off to the spot. They used to have great hush puppies.
You rock Jeannette!
Oh I forgot…Alexander had a suggestion of checking out the Thomas the Train theme park on the east coast. He heard it was thrill a minute from his pals at play group!!
We’ll check it out… Chooooo Chooooo!
Hi sis! Did you guys checkout that craters of the moon national park in Idaho. If you make it by there it is really neat. Dan and I drove past it last year when we had to go to Boise and had really wished we could have spent some time toodling around. And…could you get your butts here faster?!!! I miss you! xoxoxo and smoochies
Sounds super cool! We may have to miss it, though, to hang out with y’all for a few days extra in MT. We’ll see you soon(ish)!

“there’s a map on the declaration of independence…let’s follow it…to treasure.”
have fun / be safe / xoxo
We found it!… it wasn’t that great… involved trading liberty for security or some such…
I was just thinking about the two of you yesterday. About once a year I reply to a chain email and yesterday was that day. I originally had you down as a recipient buy then took you off so as not to bother with that crap. What a coincident to then see your email today.
Sounds like you are off to great a start. We appreciate you sharing this with us, it is like we are there with you. How long do you think you will be on the road for? Of course if you make it over this way give us a call.
Greg recommends the Scablands of Eastern Washington.
Hey Guys!
Thanks for the Scablands recommendation! We’ll be sure to check it out. We’ll drop a line when we get down to Cali (probably mid-late September). See you soon!
J’adore !!! Super !!
