Welcome to our community forum to help us map out our 6 month 8 month 10 month life-long road trip around North America! We hope all of our friends and family will suggest places for us to go. Y’all know us and our crazy shenanigans and we hope to make this one the craziest yet! So, suggest a great hike, museum, hole-in-the-wall bar, an eccentric artist we should meet, a great roadside attraction, or anything else that makes you think of us or good times. And be sure to check out our current and upcoming locations on our “Where are we?” map and let us know if we’re closing in on any not-to-be missed spots.
Add a suggestion by entering your comment in the “Leave a reply†section at the bottom of this page. You can see places suggested during the planning phases of the trip on our old google map.
We can’t wait to hear from all of you!

Diane & Frank like Ennis, MT and Ketchum, Idaho. (Janet)
Ennis has a fine little distillery too—Willie’s Distillery, Inc. (Abby)
you can revisit our childhood with a stop in Hill City and ride the 1880 train. Brianna was about Skye’s age and you were about as old as Ember (From Abby)
This is me officially suggesting Bozeman, MT. I have already provided you a long list of reasons why it fits all your criteria. But most importantly, it is convenient to me, and really, that’s what matters.

Dude! I had whole message typed in but I blew it somehow and the damn thing got lost in cyberspace!
Check out these locations on the North Coast, because not only are we surrounded by incredible and diverse natural beauty, but Humboldt county is also home to two of the most promising upcoming scholars in the humanities–Chris Hall and Rose Bazan!

Thanks Chris! Fern canyon looks super rad, and http://www.localhikes.com/ is a great resource we’d not come across. Complete with pictures, topo maps and everything! Friends of dunes will certainly come in handy when we make it out Humboldt way and we look forward to a tour from the local scholars. Awesome!
